Approach
Third Coast created multiple voter personas to effectively target unique voter groups across the county. We also exposed his opponent’s weaknesses to key persuadable groups.
Result
Kevin received one of the highest vote totals among Democrats in St. Clair County, winning the election with 56% of the vote.
Situation
Judge Ruth Gudino ran county wide, facing a candidate with deep pockets, high name recognition, and strongly motivated to win.
Approach
Third Coast designed, launched, and managed a comprehensive digital voter engagement campaign across Google Search, Google Display, geotargeting, and Meta/Instagram. Third Coast also researched areas where voters were more likely to vote for Ruth and where the Democratic Party was not fully covered with fully endorsed slate mailers.
Result
Ruth won with the greatest margin of any Cook County endorsed judicial candidates.
